  • What a beautiful collection of black art. I want to be friends with this collector.
  • My favorite masks right now are these from Resistance by Design. They come in a good summer weight, and also a heavier weight to wear as temperatures begin to cool off before the election. I also like these from the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.
  • This museum is on my list when we can travel again.
  • Art featuring masks can be quite beautiful. This was clever too.
  • What a lovely way to quarantine.
  • Watch this video of Viola Frey’s The Decline and Fall of Western Civilization being set up at the Flint Institute of Arts
  • If you’ve been reading my blog, you know I’m a fan of Woody De Othello.
  • Even when I can’t get there in person, I follow everything Arlene Shechet does. I watched this beautiful exhibition, Skirts, as Arlene Shechet walked through it live, and listened to this lunchtime conversation. Wish I could attend the upcoming exhibition, Together, in the Hamptons that will be open August 22-August 30th.
